Spanning 9.7 hectares, the sprawling resort complex is home to a two-level casino with a mix of gaming tables and machines peppered across 21,000 square meters of floor area, making it the largest and most varied gaming floor in the region; and Fili Hotel, the country’s first authentic Filipino 5-star hotel, and the first of three hotel towers that will make up a total of 1,000 room keys to luxe accommodations.

Aside from Fili Hotel’s rooms and villas, guests are now enjoying the north wing of the Casino, as well as NUSTAR’s southern Chinese and southeast Asian restaurant Xin Tian Di, Italian steakhouse Il Primo, and Filipino casual dining restaurant Fina. NUSTAR also brought to Cebu the first-ever Mott 32 franchise in the Philippines. It promises elevated Chinese cuisine, exceptional service, and a strong beverage program, all in an amazingly unique location.

The Fili Lobby Lounge, on the other hand, offers all-day refreshments—coffee and non-coffee beverages, cocktails, desserts, sandwiches, and pastries—that guests can enjoy at the lounge or for takeaway.

All-day dining restaurant Fili Café will open its doors very soon and feature an extensive buffet selection that celebrates both local and global cuisines while highlighting Filipino regional specialties.

There will be at least 40 more food and beverage brands to be launched within the property, such as Kazuwa Japanese Restaurant, Barcino, Yeonhwa by Kaya, Nonki, Café Laguna, Beyond the Box, Abaca Baking Co., Aristo, and Kiwa.

As an Island of New Style, NUSTAR is also bringing luxury retail experiences to Cebu through its four-floor retail center, The Mall. Now open for shoppers’ enjoyment and convenience are DiaGold, Chow Tai Fook, Luk Fook, Art of Scent, and Robinsons Bank. More premium brands are setting up shop soon, including Jo Malone, Estee Lauder, and Augustinus Bader.

A host of high-end labels and high-fashion boutiques will be joining these established brands soon. Plush VIP cinemas will also be unveiled within the year.

NUSTAR will also house a convention center that can accommodate up to 2,000 guests; The Stage, a 1,700-seat ultramodern and upscale performing arts theater that will be a venue for exclusive productions, musicals, and concerts; a leisure theme park with water features and entertainment center products and services; Skydeck, an iconic viewing deck highlighting a 180-degree view of Mactan Island and Cebu City facing the CCLEX; and The Boardwalk, a 580-meter promenade where guests can host events or enjoy leisurely strolls with some of the best views of Mactan and Cebu City.
