We were able to try their dishes and they truly bring out the festive spirit of Kadayawan. I recommend trying their Beef Tapa marinated in suka sourced right from the property. Their Rendang and Lechon Baka were great, too. The desserts were delicious! I found the Durian Panna Cotta enjoyable despite the fact that I don’t consider myself a fan of durian. It was creamy and had me going for seconds!

SNACK BUFFET

Weekdays are bound to be extra fun and flavorful with a buffet merienda composed of classic Filipino merienda favorites for only Php 428.00 from Mondays to Thursdays, 2:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

PIZZA OF THE MONTH

Mixing traditional and unique together, Pizzaiolo proudly boasts its latest innovation, the HUMBA DABAWENYO PIZZA. Available for the whole month of August, this creation is composed of the traditional pizza base with cheese but topped with the sweet taste of Pork Humba. Available daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 MN at Php 428.00

BILAO BUNDLES

The hotel grill and chill spot, La Parilla, offers an elevated version of the classic Boodle Fight with two mouthwatering bilaos (woven trays) containing grilled specialties, rice, salad, and everything you need to share with the family and friends. Guests get to choose between the ALL MEAT BONANZA priced at 1,399.00 and the SEA FUSION priced at 1,799.00
