Buttered Shrimp Corn Recipe with Jolly Corn

Today’s Jolly Eats Whole and Cream Corn Recipe is my take on the Korean Buttery Corn Shrimp! 🧈🌽🦐

Here the ingredients you’ll be needing:
-1 or 1/2 can of Jolly Whole Corn Kernels
-1 or 1/2 can of Jolly Cream Corn
-Garlic/ Garlic powder
-1/4 stick of butter
-1/4 cup of mozzarella
-salt and pepper to spice
-a splash of milk

Recipe:

  1. Heat up pan and put in butter and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add in peeled shrimps, drained corn, and continue cooking them together.
  3. Add in mozzarella and then when it’s a bit stretchy add in milk.
  4. Cook until it bubbles up.
  5. Ta-da! Now you’ve got a perfect dish for lunch, dinner, or even a heavy #MaisSnack!
