Sunday colors dressed up our lunch today. Don’t you just love how easy corn can bring dishes together? Eat it alone or mix it with any dish and you’ve got yourself a meal!

For today’s dish, I created Simple Buttered Corn and added some veggies: asparagus, broccoli, some bellpepper, and onions. Amazing!
Ingredients:
- 1/8 stick butter 🧈
- minced garlic 🧄
- sliced onions 🧅
- sliced asparagus
- chopped broccoli 🥦
- oyster sauce to taste 🦪
- 1 red bellpepper 🫑 🌶
- 1/2 can Jolly Eats Whole Corn Kernels 🌽
Recipe:
- Melt butter in low heat, sauté garlic and onions
- Add in the asparagus and broccoli.
- Add in a bit of water and the oyster sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and let the veggies soften.
- Add in the corn kernels and bellpepper and mix altogether.
- Serve and enjoy!
