A couple of days ago, my friend Andrew sent me an email about reviewing his podcast, Frightening Alarming Real-Life Tales Show, or F.A.R.T.S.

I was actually able to listen to their trailer prior to his email and I was pretty interested. The podcast features various eerie stories from Andrew & his bestfriend, Niña. They are also looking for stories from people listening to their show.
Episode 1 & 2
Knowing that Andrew & Niña are actually recording this apart (Andrew is in Davao, while Niña is in Iloilo.), it’s impressive how they’re able to maintain the conversational cues.
The thing I like about their podcast is that it’s very real. Right off the bat, you’d know that the people you’re listening to are great friends. It’s basically like being in the call with them. Very casual.
Since it was the first episode there were some technical issues and maybe a bit of timing issues with the soundboard. There was also an echo in the background. The audio from the soundboard kind of overpowered some of the voice from both ends but overall, the podcast was good.
Contrary to the title though, this podcast did not frighten me. It did, however, make me reminisce all the horror stories we loved and believed in as kids. It was light and interesting; something we’d definitely need to keep us entertained during these dire days of lockdowns and quarantines.
