McDonald’s Kiddie Crew was always something that fascinated me when I was around 10. I was always curious about the McDo kitchen & seeing kids my age “work” there was something I was envious of.

Cut to nearly 13 years later & I finally get the opportunity to see how the Kiddie Crew works. My cousin Denisse & I were lucky enough to be invited to McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop yesterday, April 21.

In its 26th year, the annual summer program is better than ever. Open to children aged 6-12, McDo Kiddie Crew lets kids experience unique and exciting activities like making their own cheeseburger & serving delighted customers their orders.

Denisse was shy at first but she was visibly comfortable by the end of the day. She even danced with Ronald McDonald at the end of the program. She served a couple of customers, as well.

The Kiddie Crew Workshop started on April 2, with various workshop schedules parents can choose from. The weekday workshop runs for 5 days and each day lasts for 2 hours. For busy kiddies who still want to try Kiddie Crew, there are Weekend Workshops that run for 2 days and last for 3 hours.

Here she was creating her own happy meal box.

The Kiddie Crew Workshop schedule are as follows:
