They say that millennials barely think about getting their own houses but let me tell you this: Verdon Parc will probably change every millennial’s mind about owning something. Located in Ecoland, Verdon Parc’s luminous clubhouse will draw anyone in.

Once you step inside, though, you are definitely done for. The building’s high ceiling and restort-esque feel will add to the charm of modern-day condo living. Last Thursday’s exclusive bloggers’ walkthrough gave each of us an idea of what condo-living would be like if we could all save a couple of cash per year.

Verdon Parc is the first property of DMCI Homes, Inc. developed in Davao City. It boasts of the exclusivity and luxury of living in a resort-type home… and it does not lie! Verdon Parc is beautiful and elegant. The whole tour made me want to get my own unit. 

The first condominium built was Martel, which is a mid-rise condominium. It has 7 residential floors and 2 parking floors. 

The second building is the high-rise Belvedere condominium. It will have 20 residential levels and 3 podium parking levels. 

In front of Belvedere sits Verdon Parc’s lap pool and beside it two lounge pools.
